胡超先生 董事

胡超先生，本科畢業于中南財經大學會計專業，研究生獲英國倫敦密德薩斯大學金融與投資專業碩士學位，具備證券評級業務高級管理人員資質、中級會計師資質。

胡超先生，現任安融（香港）信用評級有限公司董事/RO，歷任安融信用評級有限公司評級一部副總經理、質量管理部總經理、公司總裁助理、公司董事、公司副總裁、信用評級委員會副主任及子公司安融征信有限公司法定代表人、執行董事。此前，曾先後就職於大公國際資信評估有限公司、中誠信國際信用評級有限公司、日信證券有限責任公司、陽光保險集團陽光資產管理股份有限公司、中國光大集團光大永明資產管理股份有限公司。

Mr. Hu has a graduation certificate in Accounting from Central South University of Finance and Economics. He has been awarded the degree of Master of Science with Distinction in Investment and Finance from Middlesex University in London. He possesses the qualification of senior management personnel in securities rating business. He holds the qualification of intermediate accountant as well.

Mr. Hu is currently a director & RO of AnRong (Hong Kong) Credit Ratings Company Limited, where he has successively served as Deputy General Manager of Rating Department Ⅰ, General Manager of Quality Management Department, Assistant to the President of the Company, Director of the Company, Vice President of the Company, Deputy Director of Credit Rating Committee, and legal representative and executive director of the subsidiary AnRong Credit Co., Ltd. Previously, he had worked successively in DaGong international credit Co., Ltd., China ChengXin Credit Ratings Company Limited, Sun credit Securities Co., Ltd., Sunshine Insurance Group Sunshine Asset Management Corporation Limited, China Everbright Group Sun Life Everbright Asset Management company limited by shares.
