This Investor Exchange Forum provided an in-depth analysis and discussion from multiple perspectives and dimensions, reaching the following consensus: In October 2023, the Central Financial Work Conference proposed the initiative to “excel in five major areas: technology finance, green finance, inclusive finance, pension finance, and digital finance.” Green finance holds a significant position within the “Five Major Articles.” Green Finance and the “Two Mountains Theory” are closely linked to President Xi’s ecological civilization thought, forming a coherent and interconnected framework. Looking forward, financial institutions must diligently implement the “Opinions on Leveraging Green Finance to Support the Construction of a Beautiful China,” jointly issued by the People’s Bank of China, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and China Securities Regulatory Commission on October 12, 2014. The goal is to further enhance the functionality of green finance, contributing to the realization of a Beautiful China.
