Vice Chairman of CPPCC National Committee Ho Hau Wah Unveils Plaque for Macao Sci-Tech Innovation Bond Certification Committee; Anrong Rating Appointed as a Committee Member
On June 27th, 2025, the Macao Science and Technology Innovation Bond Certification Committee (MSTIBCC) was officially established. Mr. Ho Hau Wah, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), presiding over the plaque unveiling ceremony.

Anrong Credit Rating Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Anrong Rating"), as the only credit rating agency appointed globally, was named a member of the Macao Science and Technology Innovation Bond Certification Committee (MSTIBCC), alongside nine other top-tier international financial institutions including the Macao Exchange (MOX), Industrial and Commercial Bank Of China (Macao), Bank of China (Macao), Silk Road International Association (SRIA), and Hengtai Securities.

Ms. Lau Hang Kun, Vice President of the Monetary Authority of Macao (AMCM), stated that the implementation of the Sci-Tech Innovation Bond Certification System addresses a gap in Macao’s bond market framework, representing a critical step in strengthening the markets’ infrastructure. With in-depth expertise in Sci-Tech Innovation Bond ratings, Anrong Rating will proactively participate in developing and implementing certification standards for such bonds at Macao Exchange (MOX), providing robust support for building a "debt-technology integration" financial ecosystem.
