Recently, the Zhongcai-Anrong Institute for Local Fiscal Investment and Financing Research has achieved a significant academic milestone. The new book, "Research on the Development of Fiscal Investment and Financing under the New Round of Fiscal and Tax System Reform," edited by Professor Ma Haitao, Director of the Institute, and Professor Wen Laicheng, Executive Director, and jointly authored by experts and professors from the Central University of Finance and Economics and Anrong Rating researchers, has been officially published by China Financial & Economic Publishing House.
