Anrong Rating Invited to Deliver Keynote Speech at the 3rd Capital Market Innovation Development Forum and the Release Conference of the 2025 China Listed Companies Innovation Development Research Ach

On November 8, the 3rd Capital Market Innovation Development Forum and the Release Conference of the 2025 China Listed Companies Innovation Development Research Achievements were held at the Beijing International Conference Centre. The event was jointly organised by Capital University of Economics and Business, Zhejiang Gongshang University, and the China Association of Corporate Financial Management. It was co-hosted by the Institute of Asset Valuation, the School of Finance and Taxation of Capital University of Economics and Business, the China Institute of Intelligent Management, and the Modern Business Research Centre of Zhejiang Gongshang University. Xinhua News Agency provided media support, and organizations such as Zhongrui Shilian Asset Valuation Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Zhongqihua Asset Valuation Co., Ltd., the National Tax Law Research Base, the CBD Development Research Base, Beijing Digital Economy Development Research Institute, Megacity Economic and Social Development Research Institute, Shenbianyun (Beijing) Information Service Co., Ltd., and Beijing Hairun Tianrui Law Firm offered additional support. Dr. Zhou Yuanfan, Executive Director of Anrong (Hong Kong) Credit Ratings Company Ltd., was invited to participate as a keynote speaker in the roundtable forum.   

At the beginning of the event, Professor Wu Weixing, Deputy Party Secretary and President of Capital University of Economics and Business; Professor Wang Yonggui, Deputy Party Secretary and President of Zhejiang Gongshang University; Zhang Lianqi, Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and President of the China Association of Corporate Financial Management; and Professor Ma Haitao, Deputy Party Secretary and President of Central University of Finance and Economics, each delivered opening remarks for the forum.

Following the opening speeches, keynote reports were presented by Professor Huang Yuncheng, Chairman of the Academic Advisory Committee of the China Association of Listed Companies and Professor at Tongji University; Tian Xuan, Dean of the National Institute of Financial Research at Tsinghua University and Vice Dean of PBC School of Finance; Meng Bo, Party Secretary and Director of Beijing Intellectual Property Office; Wang Lijing, Party Committee Member and Chief Accountant of China International Engineering Consulting Corporation; Professor Zheng Zhigang from the School of Finance, Renmin University of China; Li Xiren, Senior Vice President of iSoftStone Information Technology (Group) Co., Ltd.; Zhou Xianmin, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Committee of China National Software & Service Co., Ltd.; and Yi Huan, Chief Macroeconomist of Huatai Securities.During the forum, the following research reports were released: 《2025 China Listed Companies Innovation Development Index Report》, 《2025 China Listed Companies Digital Innovation Assessment Report》, 《2025 Specialized and New Listed Companies Innovation Development Assessment Report》," as well as research achievements on "Innovation Development of Chinese Listed Companies," "Regional Innovation Development Environment and Comprehensive Index of Listed Companies’ Innovation Development," "Regional Digital Innovation Environment and Comprehensive Index of Listed Companies’ Digital Innovation," and "Comprehensive Index of Innovation Development for Specialized and New Listed Companies." These reports were jointly authored by the Institute of Asset Valuation of Capital University of Economics and Business and the China Institute of Intelligent Management of Zhejiang Gongshang University. Experts such as Zhang Guochun, former First-Class Inspector of the Asset Management Department of the Ministry of Finance and former Director of the Asset Valuation Center of the Ministry of Finance; Professor Yin Zhichao, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Capital University of Economics and Business; Hou Zhiguo, Director and CEO of DHC Software Co., Ltd.; Ling Jinming, President of Beijing GeoEnviron Engineering & Technology, Inc.; and Pan Lei, Board Secretary of Beijing Kingsoft Office Software, participated in an in-depth roundtable discussion on the innovative development of listed companies.

The event also featured five parallel forums with the following themes: "Innovation Development and Value Assessment of Listed Companies," "Innovation Development and Enhancement of New Productive Forces of Listed Companies," "Mergers, Acquisitions, and High-Quality Development of Listed Companies," "Innovation Development and Market Value Management of Listed Companies," and "Digital Innovation and Effectiveness of Listed Companies." Well-known experts and industry professionals were invited to deliver keynote speeches and participate in roundtable dialogues. Dr Zhou Yuanfan, Executive Director of ARHK, delivered a keynote speech on "RMB Internationalisation and Offshore Bonds" in the fourth parallel forum.

More than 500 experts and scholars from regulatory authorities, higher education institutions, listed companies, intermediary organisations, and various sectors of society attended the forum. The participating experts unanimously agreed that the 3rd Capital Market Innovation Development Forum and the Release Conference of the 2025 China Listed Companies Innovation Development Research Achievements brought together leading academics and seasoned industry experts, establishing a high-level exchange platform for capital market and listed company innovation development.
