Anrong Rating Invited to Participate in the Mid-term Review Meeting of the Research Report on “Building a High-Quality Bond Market and Supporting the Five Major Financial Articles” Organized by China
On July 2, 2025, Mr. Zhou Yuanfan, Chief Economist of Anrong Credit Rating Co., Ltd. and Chairman of the Board of Anrong (Hong Kong) Credit Ratings Co., Ltd., was invited as a project review expert to attend the mid-term review meeting of the research report on “Building a High-Quality Bond Market and Supporting the Five Major Financial Articles,” organized by China Central Depository & Clearing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CCDC”) and the China Bond Research Institute of Renmin University of China. Anrong Rating was the only rating agency invited to attend the meeting.
The research report under review primarily covers the following six sub-topics: research on empowering new quality productive forces through green bonds, research on the impact of local fiscal transparency on corporate debt financing costs, economic mechanism analysis of the impact of credit default events on bond market price discovery, liquidity management of digital bonds and the role of bond registration and depository institutions, and whether the bond yield curve has predictive power for the economy and financial markets.
Other project review experts came from Renmin University of China, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, University of International Business and Economics, and Capital University of Economics and Business.
The relevant leaders of the Central Securities Depository and Clearing Company, as well as the leaders and experts from its research and development center, attended the meeting.
