Anrong Credit Ratings Conducts Specialised Training on Basic Knowledge of Zero-Carbon Factory and Zero-Carbon Park Evaluation Services

On August 15, the company organised specialised training on basic knowledge of zero-carbon factory and zero-carbon park evaluation services for all customer service personnel. Liu Xinguo, Assistant to the President, and Peng Yi, Deputy General Manager of the Research and Development Department, jointly delivered the training. Personnel at the Beijing headquarters attended in person in the company conference room, while employees of branch offices (representative offices) outside Beijing and the Hong Kong company participated online from their local offices, achieving full training coverage for personnel in relevant positions.

At the training session, Liu Xinguo, Assistant to the President, first provided a systematic explanation of business standards related to zero-carbon factories and zero-carbon parks. Beginning with the background and scope of application of the standards, he offered a detailed interpretation of the overall framework, definitions of key terms, and provisions. He focused on the evaluation requirements, implementation procedures, and grading rules for zero-carbon parks, outlined the indicator system and weighting arrangements, and provided detailed explanations of practical key points such as the application and disclosure of evaluation result information, relevant notification requirements for evaluation work, completion of evaluation and certification application forms, and third-party evaluation reports, helping participants clarify business logic and master regulatory requirements.

Next, Peng Yi, Deputy General Manager of the Research and Development Department, systematically reviewed relevant policy directions and the current standards system for zero-carbon factories and zero-carbon parks in light of actual industry development. He shared typical industry practice cases and, from the three dimensions of policy, standards, and practice, helped participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the current state of industry development and deepen their understanding of zero-carbon-related work.

In July this year, Anrong Credit Ratings’ wholly owned subsidiary, Anrong Credit Information Co., Ltd., successfully obtained certification as a “Zero-Carbon Factory/Zero-Carbon Park Evaluation and Certification Service Institution” from the China Association for the Promotion of Industrial Energy Conservation and Cleaner Production, which is overseen by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Subsequently, all six key professional technical staff obtained professional technical qualification certificates for “Zero-Carbon Factories” and “Zero-Carbon Parks.” The company has received certification from an authoritative industry institution under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in both business qualifications and professional capabilities. To this end, the company organised this training activity to strengthen frontline service personnel’s knowledge of business related to zero-carbon factories and zero-carbon parks and to better provide customers with green and low-carbon evaluation services.

Going forward, the company will continue to study relevant policies and theories in the field of green and low-carbon development, continuously improve its business service system, and enhance the team’s professional service capabilities in integrating theory with practice, earnestly implementing the national “dual-carbon” strategy through concrete actions.
