ARHK may provide certain ancillary services such as credit research, industry research and market information to its clients provided that such services cannot reasonably be considered to lead to potential conflicts of interest with its credit rating services. Its ancillary services do not include provision of consultancy or advisory services to rated entities or their related parties, regarding the corporate or legal structure, assets, liabilities of activities of that rated entity or its related party. ARHK must consult the compliance department before offering ancillary services.

ARHK may also provide other rating assessment services in the future such as money market fund rating, bond fund rating, equity fund assessment and tokenized asset assessment. ARHK must consult the compliance department before offering other rating assessment services.
