周沅帆先生 负责人

周沅帆先生，北京大學博士後，北京大學、中央財經大學、西南財經大學、北京物資學院、河北金融學院碩士研究生導師，河北金融學院特聘教授，中財-安融地方財政投融資研究所副所長、中國改革發展研究院金融研究中心副主任、河北省資本研究會專家委員會委員；曾參與《國家社會信用體系建設“十二五”規劃》和國家基本信用立法的起草工作；參與國家金融行業標準的制定；已公開發表經濟學論文和出版著作400多萬字；曾獲國家開發銀行創新成果特殊貢獻獎、國家開發銀行創新成果一等獎、深圳市金融創新獎、深圳市科技進步獎和深圳市產業發展與創新人才獎。

周先生現任安融（香港）信用評級有限公司董事/RO，首席經濟學家。曾先後擔任鵬元資信評估有限公司董事、常務副總裁，Pengyuan International董事長、持牌代表，國海證券股份有限公司融資總監；曾兼任中國銀行間市場交易商協會信用評級專業委員會委員、中國證券業協會資信評級專業委員會委員。

Mr. Zhou Yuanfan, Postdoctoral Fellow at Peking University, master's supervisor of Peking University, Central University of Finance and Economics, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Beijing WuZi University, Hebei University of Finance, Distinguished Professor of Hebei University of Finance, Deputy Director of Central University of Finance and Economics-AnRong Local Finance Investment and Financing Research Institute, Deputy Director of the Financial Research Center at the China Institute for Reform and Development, Member of the Expert Committee of Hebei Capital Research Association, has participated in the drafting of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan for the Construction of the National Social Credit System" and the national basic credit legislation. He also participated in the formulation of national financial industry standards, and published more than four million words of economic papers and books. He has won the Special Contribution Award for Innovation Achievements of China Development Bank, First Prize of Innovation Achievements of China Development Bank, the Shenzhen Financial Innovation Award, the Shenzhen Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Shenzhen Industrial Development and Innovation Talent Award.

Mr. Zhou is currently a director & RO and Chief Economist of AnRong (Hong Kong) Credit Ratings Company Limited. He has successively served as director and executive vice president of Pengyuan Credit Rating Co., Ltd., chairman and licensed representative of Pengyuan International Co., Ltd., and financing director of Sealand Securities Co., Ltd. He once served as a member of the Credit Rating Committee of the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors and a member of the Credit Rating Professional Committee of the Securities Association of China.
