林芮礽女士 负责人

林芮礽女士，持有英國坎特伯雷基督教會大學工商管理學士、英國雷克瑟姆大學工商管理碩士學位。現任安融（香港）信用評級有限公司負責人員 ( Responsible Officer )，曾於民銀證券、中達證券、富中證券擔任要職，例如負責人員及執行董事。

林女士同時持有Dealing in Securities (Type 1)、Advising on Securities (Type 4)、Asset Management (Type 9)資質，包括但不限於：股票買賣、股票新股發行及配售、債劵發行及二手買賣、基金買賣等豐富的經驗。

林女士曾參與超過300隻債劵發行，並對香港證監會合規要求有深入的了解和豐富經驗。

Ms. Lydia Lam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Canterbury Christ Church University in UK and a Master of Business Administration from Wrexham University in UK. She is currently the Responsible Officer of Anrong (Hong Kong) Credit Ratings Co., Ltd., .

She has held key positions at CMBC Capital Securities, Central Wealth Securities, and Fortune Origin Securities, such as Responsible Officer and Executive Director.

Ms. Lam also holds qualifications in Dealing in Securities (Type 1), Advising on Securities (Type 4), and Asset Management (Type 9), including but not limited to: extensive experience in stock trading, IPO and placements, bond issuance and secondary trading, and fund trading.

Ms. Lam has participated in the issuance of over 300 bonds and has an in-depth understanding and extensive experience with the compliance requirements of the HKSFC.
